Exchange & Returns
As our Col. Littleton Guarantee says "You can expect our products to last a long, long time. And, if for some reason it doesn’t, we’ll make it right." That’s how business used to be done and we think the same should hold true today.
You can exchange or return your purchase to us for any reason within 30 days of purchase and we’ll ship you out a replacement or refund your money. Please be sure the product is in new condition and has not been worn or used. Call us at 1-800-842-4075 and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization # so we can track your return when we receive it. All merchandise should be shipped to:

On personalized products, if we made a mistake in personalizing your product, of course we’ll replace it. Otherwise personalized items are not returnable.
If you should need to return a product purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the store or cataloguer where you purchased the item and they will take care of you.
