Domestic Orders

You can exchange or return your purchase to us for any reason within 30 days of purchase and we’ll ship a replacement or refund your money.

Please be sure the non-personalized product being exchanged or returned is in new condition and has not been worn or used. Call us at 800-842-4075, and we will issue a Return Authorization number so we can track your return when we receive it. Please note that the return shipping method and charges would be your responsibility.

Restrictions

Personalized items are not returnable. (Of course, if we made a mistake in personalizing your product, we’ll replace it.)
Products listed in our “Last Chance” category are available in limited quantities and may not be returned, even if not personalized.
If you should need to return a product purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the store or cataloger where you purchased the item and they will take care of you.
