Wow, I was off work today and shortly after reading this email, UPS delivered my order. I was amazed to receive my order so quickly, especially considering the fact that I had my initials stamped on the Phone Holster. I could not be more pleased with the Holster, the service and the extra items I received (Moon Pie, Pocket Journal). I just received my gorgeous No. 9 Leather Tote.  It is absolutely beautiful  and the perfect size for all my "goodies" whether using it at home or abroad.  I absolutely love it!! The craftsmanship is exceptional of the utmost quality and detail.  I was so fortunate to come across the Col.'s site as I was looking for a quality leather bag made in the USA. His other leather products are beautiful as well.  I have my eye on a few more things. The moon pie was delicious and brought back memories of my childhood.   We had something similar called "Scooterpies".   Such a nice treat.  I will enjoy the personal journal that accompanied my order, too.  Those little touches made the package extra special. Sir.. I am proud owner of a number of your outstanding items. One of my favorites is my No3 Folder for my IPAD. I want to relate a recent experience which is a testament to the quality and strength of your products. On a business trip to a large, Southern, metropolitan city I inadvertently left my IPAD, snug in its No3 Folder, on the top of my car. Several minutes later, while traveling on a packed Interstate, I realized my error and pulled off of the road. Not surprisingly, the IPAD Folder was long gone. After back-tracking almost ten miles, I, to my amazement, found the folder laying the middle of the Interstate with dozens of cars passing over it. After some time I was able to safely retrieve my IPAD Folder. Unfortunately, but again, not surprisingly, it had been squarely run over by a large vehicle, possibly more than one! The IPAD was literally totally destroyed and was "flattenened like a pancake!"  Despite the damage and total destruction to the IPAD, the Number3 Folder had almost NO damage of ANY kind less a slight pull which tore a few stitches out. People I have shown it to (along with the destroyed IPAD) cannot believe how well the folder stood up. Yes its contents were ruined but ONLY because of the WEIGHT of the vehicle(s). The case COMPLETELY protected the IPAD and all other contents from ANY other type of damage. I have since replaced my IPAD with an IPAD2. Thanks Col. Littleton.  Joe – 8/22/11

I have received the package promptly this morning. There are no words to describe the feeling I had when I opened the box and to hold the portfolio that is so well made. I am proud to be the owner of such an iconic American History. I am really thrilled and excited that I have found the company during my online search for quality portfolios. I am more humbled with the company's tradition and core values which are a rare commodity these days. Being an immigrant from India to this great land over 23 years back it was disheartening to see the turn of the events during the past several years and the age old American values being tarnished by a few greedy individuals. I sincerely hope that I will visit your facilities in the near future to enjoy a few moments in the midst of true American values demonstrated by the Col. Littleton family! In the last year I have become quite a Colonel Littleton fan.  The products are amazing and the great customer service is beyond compare.  I bought my first piece at Mast General Store last October while in Greenville South Carolina (No. 18 Portfolio).  I made my first visit to your store in Lynnville this spring and met Sandy White.  Sandy has become a personal friend who has provided me with wonderful service in every way.  I have also worked with Candice in customer service who does a great job.  I can only image how proud the Colonel is to have both of these wonderful ladies representing his brand. On a flight yesterday from Chicago to Atlanta I held a Trunk Show of your products.  I was setting by two gentleman who complimented me on my No. 83 Book Bag.  As I thanked them and told them about your company, and customer service, they ask what other type products you made.  I opened my book bag and showed them the following products. No. 18 Portfolio, No. 23 Pocket Journal, No. 2 Travel Wallet, No. 3 Key Ring, No. 7 Money Clip, No. 1 Pouch, and the No. LPB2 Possibles Bag. I was wearing the US Cavalry Regulation Model Jeans, a No. 5 Clinch Belt in black with the Stainless hardware, and a Braided leather bracelet with beads. I also had in my pocket a No. 33 Wallet.  As you can see they knew I was convinced.  Had I been able to get to the luggage compartment of the plane I could have also shown them my Luggage Tags,  CL Cologne, No 12 Olive Green Shirt, RM Khakis, No. 4 Belt, No. Ditty, and my No. 2 Shave Kit.  Needless to say they were impressed.  When we touched down they had their smartphones out checking out the website.
