- Thank you for the personal email. Running a family owned business (supermarket) that was started in 1935 gives me a greater appreciation for businesses like Col. Littleton and the service you offer. I had purchased several of the journals a few years ago for myself and both my son and daughter. Finally needed some refills. Thanks again for the note. I received the portfolio yesterday and the knife today. The knife is absolutely beautiful. You have done EVERYTHING I have requested with grace and a level of customer service I have never seen... ever. Every package arrived when you said it would and the quality has exceeded expectations.
The portfolio was presented today to an employee who is leaving the company tomorrow and the knife will be presented to someone tomorrow, so the timing was perfect.
I have a few more items as a result of executives seeing your products which I will send soon for delivery in the next couple of weeks. Again... THANK YOU to you and the Col. Littleton team whom I'm sure have worked tirelessly this season to make sure people received their products by Christmas. Please extend my appreciation to all. Merry Christmas!

Dear Fine People at Col. Littleton. I've been in marketing in some form or another in the retail business for the last 20 years. I've worked for and have been trained by the best - The Gap, Banana Republic, Donna Karan, Vogue Magazine, Marie Claire, Allure, Glamour, Todd Oldham.
I own my own Marketing firm now and came across your brand on Tuesday, bought two client gifts and am holding them in my hand now (and just ate your kind moon pie gift to me with a cup of coffee! YUMMIE! thanks!). Just wanted to tell you that Col. Littleton is my new favorite brand.
I'm in the business of telling lots of people about things I love and you're topping my list! I feel like I am the first person to have discovered you (although, I know full well I'm not...) and there aren't a whole lot of new things I discover that I get so excited about! Thanks!

After my mom passed away, I bought the first bracelet so I could have her name with me every day, and I have literally worn it every day. The second was for my friend who lost her grandma, and my most recent one is for my best friend with her mom's name on it.
Her mom is very ill, and we expect to lose her this week or next. I wanted to have it with me to give to her when it felt appropriate. I think it's a nice way to comfort people who have just lost someone, and a nice way to honor their loved one. I was so happy with mine, and it's now my thing to give to people during their time. They are beautifully made, quality products.
