I was recently traveling in Germany and saw a menu that had a leather cover that reminded me of my old boss portfolio back in the 80's. I always wanted to have one just like it and the No. 18 Portfolio is even better than the one I remember.

I received my #18 portfolio early this month and again I cant say enough about the craftsmanship. I had purchased many portfolios in the past and was lucky to get 6 months of use out of them. I travel quite a bit for business and "live" out of a briefcase. It is important to me to have not only nice looking things but durable things that will last. This portfolio hits the mark on both!! Not only is it very handsome but it's obviously made better than any other I have seen in the market.

This Portfolio was the very first of the 15 or so items I have purchased from The Colonel. I have been using it for almost 7 years now, every single day, 7 days a week, and it has only gotten more beautiful with time. I just got this and took it to work this week. i love the look, the inside and the fact it can hold a lot of papers tight when closed. I got many compliments from people at the office. Its a great item

I've had this portfolio for over 4 years and it is so well made, useful, etc. that I'll have to include it in my will because my sons will argue over who gets it. It's just enough without being too much bulk like the Covey brand (or look alike) organizers. I keep a tablet, some documents I frequently need at my fingertips and my business cards in it. If I remember correctly I received it pretty quickly as well.

I picked out my no. 18 portfolio myself at the Colonel's store in Lynnville. I loved the character of the leather. The no. 18 is simple, functional, looks great, and should last me the rest of my lifetime before it goes on to serve somebody else. (As long as they don't mind my initials on the front!)

Things like this just ain't made much anymore, which is a shame. Put one of these in your shopping cart without debating too much about it. After you get it and start to use it you'll see what I mean.
