Even the front and back handles of each individual knife may be different. The uniqueness of the Bayou Collection is in the unusual colorations of the bone handles, which happens occasionally due to varying bone densities. The unusual colorations do not become evident until the knife is in the final sanding and polishing stages. We have a limited quantity of Bayou No. 1 Knives. Solid brass bolsters may be personalized with three initials and year. Stainless steel locking blade. 2 1/4" long when closed. Made in USA.
