Official Rules:
By participating, all entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules.

Winner Announced: November 18, 2019 at 10:00am CST (on Col. Littleton website’s contest page and a personal email sent to winner)

1. Limit one (1) entry per person. If multiple entries are received from any person or e-mail address, all such subsequent entries will be disqualified. One entry will enter each person into one random drawing.
2. Employees and immediate families or household members of Col. Littleton Ltd., Inc are ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.
3. If multiple correct/winning guesses are submitted, the winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries submitted.  Total awarded amount will not exceed prizes and amounts listed.
4. Open only to legal residents of the United States excluding Puerto Rico and Guam. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of 11/2/2019.
5. This sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited by federal, state, provincial, municipal or local law.
6. Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received and will vary based on number of eligible participants.
7. No purchase necessary. No online entry or online subscription is necessary. Alternate entry option: Call toll free 1-800-842-4075.
8. All entrants must provide a valid e-mail address. First and last name and email address of all on-line entrants establishes the identity of the entrant and ultimately, who the winner is. Any effort by an entrant to misrepresent themselves through the use of aliases and e-mail addresses will disqualify entries of that entrant.
9. Winners will be notified by email and posted on the website’s contest page — Sponsors reserve the right to determine the method of notification. The Sponsors shall not be liable for: (1) failed, returned or misdirected notifications based on inaccurate information provided by the winner on the Sweepstakes entry form; or (2) entries, and responses to winner notifications which are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, misdirected, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient in whole or in part or for computer or technical error of any kind. Winners will be given Five (5) business days from the first day of notification to respond to claim prize(s). A non-response by the winner or non-receipt of notification response after the specified Five (5) business days will be considered winner’s forfeiture of prize and an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries. If an entrant is found to be ineligible for any reason in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors, an alternate winner may also be selected from the pool of eligible entries. At the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsors, winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release as a condition of acceptance of a prize.
10. Col. Littleton reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the sweepstakes in the event of any technical malfunction, including any unauthorized tampering or anything beyond the control of promoter.
11. All personal information received through this sweepstakes is used for the sole purpose of identifying contest winner.
12. In the event a question regarding the winner’s identity arises, entries will be deemed made by the holder of the email account associated with the entry.
13. Online and Call in entries are treated equally. One does not take preference over the other.
14. General Conditions
    This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. In the event of non-compliance by the Winner, with the official rules of this Sweepstakes, an alternative winner may be awarded the respective prize. The prize is non-transferable. Prizes may not be substituted for cash. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in a disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes will be awarded. Except where legally prohibited, entry into contest constitutes permission for Sponsors to use the Winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state) and testimonials, in printed, broadcast or new media, in perpetuity, in any manner they deem appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other sweepstakes and/or promotion sponsored by them, without further compensation in connection with this Sweepstakes or the prize awarded.
