U.S. orders received by 2pm C.S.T. Monday – Friday will ship that day. This includes orders requesting personalized engraving or embossing.  Orders received after 2pm C.S.T. will ship the next business day. (“Business days” means Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.)

We are pleased to provide international shipping for customers to 32 countries through our partnership with Landmark Global. International shoppers will have the convenience of guaranteed order totals, cost-effective shipping, and delivery with no additional charges. Orders will typically ship within 1-3 business days of receipt.

International Order Process

Our system will calculate and display the total cost for your order in US Dollars, including any applicable duties and taxes levied by the destination country, as well as all shipping costs from our facility in the United States to your international destination. No additional payment will be required upon delivery. You will have the opportunity to view the total costs in the checkout cart before you complete your order.

Through our partnership with Landmark Global, we can ship to 32 countries outside the US, and their system is able to accept and process numerous foreign payment options. However, for orders that ship within the United States, we are only able to process credit cards that have a U.S. billing address.

To Order:

  • Shop our website and add the products you select to the checkout cart.
  • Click on “Cart” in the website header to review your product selection.
  • Look below cart total and click on “Calculate Shipping”.
  • Select your destination country and fill in required fields to calculate shipping, duties, and taxes for your order.
  • To accept the quote and place your order, click “Proceed to Checkout”. Fill in the required billing and shipping information on the checkout page and then click “Place Order”
  • If shipping to two or more addresses, a separate order is required for each address.

Shipping Costs

International shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process based on your shipping destination, method of shipping and the total weight of the shipment.

Duties and Taxes

Duties, or customs tariffs, are set by the destination country customs authorities, and international taxes, such as VAT (Value Added Tax), are also set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duties and taxes for your order during the checkout process.

International Payment Processing and Billing

Your payment will be processed when the item(s) you ordered leaves our facility. You will be billed by our international payment provider, GoInterpay, and payments will be subject to their International Payment Terms and Conditions. If you provide a credit card for payment, charges to your account/statement will read “GIP_Col.Littleton”.

International Shipping Product Restrictions

Some of our items are not available for shipment outside the United States, and those restrictions are noted on each product page.

American Alligator products, American Buffalo products, Lizard products, Private Stock Items, Knives (and several other specific products) cannot be shipped outside the United States from our site.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Most in-stock items arrive at their international destination within 4-12 business days after your order is received. (“Business days” means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.)
  • Although we do our best to deliver your items within the estimated time frame, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

After your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent immediately.  Your order will typically ship in 1 – 3 business days.

International Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email [email protected] or call 931-527-3805. Please note that items that have been personalized are not returnable. We will provide a Return Authorization for products that are approved for return. Refunds will be credited to you in the same amount and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note that the return shipping method and charges would be your responsibility.
