You can exchange or return your purchase to us for any reason within 30 days of purchase and we’ll ship a replacement or refund your money. (Special Holiday Note: Extended holiday returns and exchanges on orders placed 11/1/18 to 12/31/18. These orders may be returned or exchanged up until 1/31/19.)
Please be sure the non-personalized product being exchanged or returned is in new condition and has not been worn or used. Call us at 800-842-4075, and we will issue a Return Authorization number so we can track your return when we receive it. Please note that the return shipping method and charges would be your responsibility.
