Exchanges & Returns


Domestic Orders

You can exchange or return your purchase to us for any reason within 30 days of purchase and we’ll ship a replacement or refund your money. Please be sure the product is in new condition and has not been worn or used. Call us at 1-800-842-4075, and we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number so we can track your return when we receive it. All merchandise should be shipped to:

On personalized products, if we made a mistake in personalizing your product, of course we’ll replace it. Otherwise, personalized items are not returnable.   Products listed in our “Last Chance” category are available in limited quantities and may not be returned even if not personalized.

If you should need to return a product purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the store or cataloguer where you purchased the item and they will take care of you.

International Orders

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email [email protected]. Please note that items that have been personalized are not returnable. We will provide a Return Authorization for products that are approved for return. Refunds will be credited to you in the same amount and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
Please note that the return shipping method and charges would be your responsibility.
