It also does not cover normal wear and tear. We feel if you just plain “wore it out,” you got your money’s worth. Also, we cannot be responsible for an item which has suffered through alteration, damage due to improper cleaning, improper use, mishandling or accident. If we made a mistake in personalizing your product or if the product is defective in materials or workmanship, of course we’ll replace it. Otherwise, personalized products are not returnable.
Leather is a passion for me. There are more kinds of leather and leather processing out there than you can shake a stick at. You can mold leather into just about any shape or form. You can make every hide look just alike. You can dye it green, blue or even pink. You can apply a finish, coat it, spray it or make it look slick and shiny. That’s not what we’re about at Col. Littleton. To me the beauty is in the naturalness of the leather. People always comment to me about the special “feel” of our leather and how it becomes even more beautiful after it has some wear on it. It’s all about our leather process. When you buy Col. Littleton leather goods, you’re buying, for the most part, full-grain American vegetable-tanned steerhide that has received a minimum of alteration. We don’t apply a finish to hide character markings. The way I see it, every marking tells a story and covering them robs the piece of its life and character.
I see a real resurgence in the country today for products made in America. Our focus is to design and create products that speak to the time-honored traditions that have made this country great such as handmade craftsmanship, authentic rich leathers and quality workmanship. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Private Stock Perfection — 45C Concealed Carry Pocket (Rugged Tobacco Buffalo + American Alligator Trim)
When Colonel Littleton released a Private Stock version of the 45C Concealed Carry Pocket, I didn’t hesitate — I jumped on it immediately. I’m a sucker for limited edition, one-of-a-kind pieces, and the Colonel’s Private Stock lineup is hands-down my favorite. There’s just something special about owning a piece that no one else in the world has.
This particular piece is built from rugged tobacco buffalo leather and trimmed with American alligator, which instantly elevates it to another level. I’ve always loved the Colonel’s alligator products — they’re timeless, classy, and add just the right amount of pizzazz without being flashy. This one absolutely nails that balance.
Now, while this is a concealed carry pocket, I’ll be honest — I don’t know that I’ll always carry a pistol in it. What I will use it for constantly is carrying my phone, wallet, and keys. It’s the perfect grab-and-go pocket organizer with serious character. That said, I did test it with a mid-size compact pistol, and it fit surprisingly well and securely.
Being a man of action (and humor), I also decided to test its “tactical versatility” by slipping my Milwaukee drill inside — just in case I need to put the screws to somebody quickly and efficiently. Let’s just say… mission accomplished.
Another cool personal connection — Colonel Littleton is based in Lynnville, Tennessee, and I married a hometown girl from Lynnville as well. It feels pretty special carrying a handcrafted product from her home region. Supporting American craftsmanship with roots close to home makes this piece even more meaningful.
Bottom line:
This Private Stock 45C is rugged, classy, functional, and completely unique. Owning the only one like it is a thrill all by itself. If you ever get the chance to grab a Private Stock piece from the Colonel — don’t think twice. Just do it.

The No. 45C Concealed Carry Pocket was first Col. Littleton purchase. This is a true work of art. Premium materials, thoughtful , intentional design and good scaling and superb workmanship. These are heritage items, the kind you leave to your children after a lifetime of use. In a throwaway world full of garbage shipped to the US by the millions, it’s wonderful that companies like Col. Littleton exist still. Their products are worth every penny! I could not be more pleased and I will definitely be buying more from Col. Littleton.
I use this pocket to carry my Smith & Wesson M&P Shield and four loaded magazines (two extended size). I travel for work so this really suits my needs as it can be easily slipped into your business bag or handbag (I’m a woman). It does not give away it’s true function to people you encounter. It quietly just works.
A beautiful piece of leather work, love the buffalo hide. It has plenty of room for my Sig P239. I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of the Colonels products.
