To test the concept, I built 3 or 4 leather bags and featured them in our Private Stock Collection.  Each time a leather garment bag went up on the site, it was gone in a flash.  Then people would contact me and say, ‘Someone beat me to it . . . could you make another one for me?’ Never one to disappoint, I have pulled out all the stops and designed a stellar, fully lined leather garment bag which is available now in limited quantities.”

The lined Leather Garment Bag is handcrafted from lightweight, full-grain Vintage Brown American Steerhide and trimmed in American Steerhide. It is fully lined in a garment-protective natural “Air Traffic” printed 100% cotton duck fabric and finished with Colonel’s hallmark details: an antiqued brass plate that can be personalized with your initials, a wooden hanger, and a high-quality YKK zipper.  An American Steerhide leather hand carry strap and leather loop to secure hangers completes the look.  The Leather Garment Bag holds up to three suits and folds neatly for easy transport.  For business trips and weekends away, this is the bag that says you’ve arrived long before you step off the plane.

This is more than an upgrade, it’s everything you loved about the original and more – a true upgrade in style and craftsmanship.  It takes longer to make, costs more to build, and feels unlike anything you’ve carried before. Materials

Leather: Full-grain American Steerhide, expertly vegetable-tanned and finished in rich custom colors.  Handcrafted exclusively for Colonel Littleton by a small local tannery.
