I just received the wallet I ordered and couldn’t be more pleased. But the reason I’m writing isn’t only because of the wallet itself it’s because of the extra thought you put into the package.

In a time when most deliveries feel transactional and often less impressive than expected, yours was different. The wallet exceeded expectations, but it was the thoughtful extras, the note and cards,that really stood out.

Here’s why it mattered so much: my dad happened to be visiting today, playing with my 2-year-old daughter. I asked him if he liked MoonPies, and his face lit up. A few minutes later, I looked over and saw the two of them sharing it on the porch.

There was a tear in his eye. He told me he used to eat MoonPies with his grandparents but hadn’t had one in decades. That small moment meant the world to him, and to me. Watching my dad and daughter share that simple joy will stay with me forever.

In the summer of 2024, my wife and I made a trip to Huntsville. Since your store was only about an hour away, we decided to stop by. That day, I purchased a set of leather suspenders. At 6’2″, I wasn’t sure they would be long enough, but they fit perfectly!

I asked if you were there that day, and the helpful woman in the store mentioned that you were not working. I had worked with you previously and remember how helpful you were over the phone when I purchased a belt some time ago. You even adjusted it to ensure a better fit.
