For those who appreciate the heritage of traditional suspender wear, the No. 3 Surcingle Convertible Button/Snap Hook Suspenders offer the best of both worlds. Designed to be worn either with traditional suspender buttons or with snap hooks attached to belt loops, they deliver classic style with exceptional versatility.

MADE THE COLONEL LITTLETON WAY

Handcrafted in small batches in the Colonel Littleton Workshop, Lynnville, Tennessee, these suspenders are made from durable 1¼”W khaki Cotton Surcingle webbing and trimmed with full-grain American Buffalo leather. Their traditional Y-back design is accented by a solid brass pommel shield* and premium solid brass hardware throughout. Eight inches of front strap adjustment allows for a comfortable fit while leather keepers help maintain proper strap alignment for a neat appearance.

The convertible design includes three solid brass scissor-style snap hooks, seven brass suspender buttons, and three American Buffalo leather buttonhole tabs. The brass buttons can be attached to trousers much like the top button on a pair of jeans, or you may choose to have suspender buttons sewn onto your favorite pants for a more traditional look. Switching between buttons and snap hooks is quick and easy, allowing you to adapt your suspenders to virtually any wardrobe.

Like all Colonel Littleton suspenders, these were designed with everyday wear in mind. Equally at home with jeans, khakis, work trousers, or tailored clothing, they provide a comfortable alternative to a belt while adding timeless character and style. The suspenders are 39” – 48” end to end, so one size fits most.
